Course Description

The SMS eLearning course is designed as an introduction to and overview of the SMS concept and how an SMS can enhance safety in any aviation organisation. This training is appropriate for all aviation personnel and can be used as an initial or recurrent course. It is organized around the four core elements of the SMS: Policy, Risk Management, Assurance, and Promotion. The SMS course will provide a means for operators to meet their SMS training requirements, as specified in the ICAO SMS standards, for all personnel involved in the operation
