Air Cargo Security

The course has been developed to ensure that all staff involved in the handling/preparation of air cargo can understand and implement preventative aviation security measures that fulfil the provisions of the European Aviation Security regulations. This course is a legal requirement as per European Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 Annex 11.2.3.9. The E-learning session has been approved by the Department of Civil aviation of Cyprus and is in line with the requirements of Cyprus National Aviation Security Training Program. The course is valid for five years.

Module 3 - Relevant legal requirements

Module 4 - Objectives and organisation of aviation security

Module 5 - Procedures for challenging persons and of circumstances in which persons should be challenged or reported

Module 6 - Reporting procedures

Module 7 - Prohibited articles

Module 8 - Response to the detection of prohibited articles

Module 9 - Concealment of prohibited articles

Module 10 - Protection of cargo and mail

Module 11 - Transportation requirements
