Kratis Learning

This is a generic basic course on Human Factors suitable for all levels of employees of any Aviation Organisation. It can serve as an initial or Recurrent Human Factors course not only to satisfy the legal requirements but, more importantly, to provide the relevant knowledge and contribute in the enhancement of the safety culture of the organisation. The course is built around 5 modules based on the STAMINA Model which is used as a reference to elaborate on the various factors.
